Simple Yeast-Free Cheese Börek
Ingredients
Dough
- 1 cup milk (200 ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
- 1 packet baking powder (10 grams)
- 2.5 cups flour (300 grams)
- 300 grams kaşar cheese
Frying
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Mix all dough ingredients together to form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into small balls or flat discs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the dough pieces until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm.
