Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup milk (200 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
  • 1 packet baking powder (10 grams)
  • 2.5 cups flour (300 grams)
  • 300 grams kaşar cheese

Frying

  • vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Mix all dough ingredients together to form a soft dough.

  2. Shape the dough into small balls or flat discs.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Fry the dough pieces until golden brown on both sides.

  5. Serve warm.
