Corn Flour Crumbly Pastry
Ingredients
- 100g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 packets baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup corn flour
- Flour, as needed
- Cheese, for filling
Preparation
First, mix the liquid ingredients.
Then, add the corn flour and little by little flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and knead the dough to an earlobe consistency.
Take walnut-sized pieces from the prepared dough, stuff with cheese, and shape.
Place on a baking tray, brush with a mixture of egg yolk and a little vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with nigella seeds and bake in a 180-degree oven.
