Ingredients
- 170 g milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
Preparation
Weigh the milk in the bowl, add butter, and heat for 3 minutes at 50°C
Add mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and flour, then knead the dough
Let the finished dough rest for 20-30 minutes
Divide the dough into 7-9 parts, roll out thinly, and fry in sunflower oil
