Ingredients

  • 170 g milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour

Preparation

  1. Weigh the milk in the bowl, add butter, and heat for 3 minutes at 50°C

  2. Add mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and flour, then knead the dough

  3. Let the finished dough rest for 20-30 minutes

  4. Divide the dough into 7-9 parts, roll out thinly, and fry in sunflower oil
