Super Creamy Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas or frozen
- 1/4 cup ground rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp Maca powder (optional)
- 1 Tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice (optional)
Preparation
Place banana, rolled oats, flaxseed, cacao powder, almond milk, coconut yogurt, maple syrup and ice into the blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Tips
Add vegan whipped cream, melted biscoff spread, and cacao nibs for a fancy treat.
Incorporate 1 or 2 shots of espresso if you enjoy coffee.
Mix in 1 serving of vegan protein powder for post-workout consumption.
