Tropical Fruit Smoothie with Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 155g frozen mango
  • 105g frozen pineapple
  • 15g rolled oats
  • 30g coconut yoghurt
  • Splash of plant-based milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • chia seeds
  • coconut chips
  • mint
  • pumpkin seeds
  • edible flower

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bamboo cup and enjoy.

  3. Top with strawberries, chia seeds, coconut chips, mint, pumpkin seeds, and an edible flower.
