Healthy Pink Freakshake with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 200 ml Barista almond drink
- 100 g frozen mango
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 100 g frozen cauliflower
- 5 medium strawberries
- 1 red apple
Toppings
- 30 g vegan white chocolate
- Approximately 10 gluten-free pretzels
- 2-3 strawberries, halved
- Handful of raspberries
- Optional: fresh mint and violets
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and drizzle it over the rim of the glass. When the chocolate is almost set, press the pretzels onto it.
Cut a thick, round slice from the apple and use the rest in the shake. Insert skewers into the slice, attach the halved strawberries, top with raspberries and optional mint and violets, and place the slice on the glass.
Blend all shake ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour into the glass and enjoy.
Tips
If the apple slice does not fit on the glass, halve it and use skewers to widen it or simply use it as is.
The Barista almond drink makes it extra creamy; regular almond drink works but is less rich.
