Healthy Green Freakshake with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 200 ml barista almond drink
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200 g frozen pineapple

Toppings

  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • about 10 gluten-free pretzels
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 green kiwi
  • handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Decorate the glass by melting the chocolate in a double boiler and drizzling it over the rim.

  2. While the chocolate is almost set, press the pretzels onto it.

  3. Cut a thick, round slice from the green apple.

  4. Insert skewers into the apple slice and attach the kiwi and blueberries.

  5. Place the decorated apple slice on the glass.

  6. Blend all shake ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  7. Pour the shake into the glass and enjoy.

Tips

  1. For extra creaminess, use barista almond drink instead of regular almond drink.

  2. The remaining apple can be added to the shake or eaten separately.
