Immunity Boosting Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coconut Water
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1 lemon peeled some skin is ok if it’s organic
  • 1 lime peeled
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 2 cups of spinach or kale or combination
  • 1 small knob of ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Blend everything in a Vitamix or other high-speed blender until smooth.
