Fruity Immune Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 4 frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 fresh banana for topping
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled (use peel if organic)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 small knob ginger, peeled

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  2. Serve the smoothie in bowls with your favorite toppings.
