Immunity Boosting Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) fresh coconut water
  • 2 sliced frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup of organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup organic kale
  • 1 whole orange (peeled)
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 knob of ginger about 2 tsp

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tsp powder wheatgrass
  • 1 knob of fresh turmeric

Preparation

  1. Blend everything until smooth in a high-speed blender.

  2. Serve in a bowl and top with sliced oranges, blueberries, passion fruit, pomegranate seeds, and finger limes.
