Healthy Fruit and Vegetable Juices
Ingredients
Beetroot berry boost
- 3 small raw beetroot (peeled)
- 2 red apple
- 2 carrots
- 1 orange
- A knob of ginger
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)
Green glow juice
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)
- A small handful of spinach or kale
- A knob of ginger (optional for zing)
Pineapple mango cooler
- 1 pineapple (peeled and cored)
- 2 large mangos
- 2 oranges
Preparation
Prepare all ingredients by washing and peeling as necessary.
If using a juicer, feed the ingredients through the juicer to extract the juice.
If using a blender, blend the ingredients until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh to remove pulp.
Serve the juice immediately for best freshness.
