Healthy Fruit and Vegetable Juices

Ingredients

Beetroot berry boost

  • 3 small raw beetroot (peeled)
  • 2 red apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • A knob of ginger
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)

Green glow juice

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)
  • A small handful of spinach or kale
  • A knob of ginger (optional for zing)

Pineapple mango cooler

  • 1 pineapple (peeled and cored)
  • 2 large mangos
  • 2 oranges

Preparation

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and peeling as necessary.

  2. If using a juicer, feed the ingredients through the juicer to extract the juice.

  3. If using a blender, blend the ingredients until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh to remove pulp.

  4. Serve the juice immediately for best freshness.
