Menstrual Cycle Health Juices

Ingredients

  • 2 Pomelos
  • 2 Blood Oranges
  • 2 Pomegranates
  • Makes about 32 oz

Beet juice blend

  • 1 Beet Bunch (4-5 beets)
  • 5 Apples
  • 1 Thumb of Ginger
  • Makes about 40 oz (depends on size of apples)

Blueberry juice blend

  • 3 pints of Blueberries
  • 1 whole Pineapple
  • 4 Apples
  • Makes about 50 oz

Dark green juice blend

  • 2 bunches of Kale
  • 1 bunch of Spinach
  • 1 bunch of Chard
  • 2 Thumbs of Ginger
  • 1 stalk of Celery
  • 4 Apples
  • Makes about 44 oz

Light green juice blend

  • 1 stalk of Celery
  • 2 Cucumbers (peeled)
  • 4 Apples (I prefer Honey crisp apples)
  • Makes about 40 oz

Bok choy and pear juice

  • 3 small Bok Choy
  • 1 bundle of Parsley
  • 5 Pears
  • Makes about 24 oz

Preparation

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly

  2. Peel or cut ingredients as needed for juicing

  3. Juice all ingredients together using a juicer or blender

  4. Stir the juice and serve immediately
