Digest and De-Bloat Detox Water
Ingredients
- 3 liters (12 cups) of filtered water
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 big lemon, thinly sliced
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a large pitcher or jar.
Stir gently and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for maximum flavour.
Serve chilled and enjoy throughout the day.
Notes
This detox water is great for hydration, digestion, and reducing bloating.
