Digest and De-Bloat Detox Water

Ingredients

  • 3 liters (12 cups) of filtered water
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 big lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large pitcher or jar.

  2. Stir gently and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for maximum flavour.

  3. Serve chilled and enjoy throughout the day.

Notes

  1. This detox water is great for hydration, digestion, and reducing bloating.
