No-Sugar Dairy-Free Kesar Pista Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soaked oats
  • 1 seedless date
  • Few strands of saffron (soaked in warm water)
  • 2 cardamom powder
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 10-12 soaked pistachios
  • Few ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon soaked chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a mixer, add the soaked oats.

  2. Add 1 seedless date.

  3. Add a few strands of saffron soaked in warm water.

  4. Add 2 cardamom powder.

  5. Add 1 banana, preferably frozen.

  6. Add 10-12 soaked pistachios.

  7. Add a few ice cubes.

  8. Churn everything in the mixer.

  9. Add 1 teaspoon of soaked chia seeds.

  10. Mix everything together, then pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and enjoy.

Notes

  1. One full mug of this smoothie keeps you full for a couple of hours and is light on the stomach due to being no sugar and no dairy.
