Vegan Smoothie Parfait with Chia and Fruits

Ingredients

  • Passion fruit
  • Millet puffs

Chia pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl oatmilk

Nice cream

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • A splash of oatmilk
  • 1 tsp berrylicious blend

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds and oatmilk together and let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. Blend frozen bananas with a splash of oatmilk and berrylicious blend until smooth to make nice cream.

  3. Assemble the parfait by layering chia pudding, nice cream, passion fruit, and millet puffs in a bowl or glass.
