Vegan Smoothie Parfait with Chia and Fruits
Ingredients
- Passion fruit
- Millet puffs
Chia pudding
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl oatmilk
Nice cream
- 2 frozen bananas
- A splash of oatmilk
- 1 tsp berrylicious blend
Preparation
Mix chia seeds and oatmilk together and let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Blend frozen bananas with a splash of oatmilk and berrylicious blend until smooth to make nice cream.
Assemble the parfait by layering chia pudding, nice cream, passion fruit, and millet puffs in a bowl or glass.
