Vegan Blueberry Smoothie Parfait

Ingredients

Chia seed pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl oatmilk
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder

Middle layer

  • Blueberries

Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 dl frozen blueberries
  • A splash of oatmilk

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together for the chia seed pudding and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat the blueberries in the microwave for the middle layer.

  3. Blend all ingredients together for the smoothie in a food processor or blender until you have a smooth ice cream consistency.

  4. Assemble the parfait by layering the chia seed pudding, heated blueberries, and smoothie in a glass or bowl.
