Blueberry Smoothie Parfait
Ingredients
Chia seed pudding
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl oatmilk
- 1/2 tsp unicorn superfoods blue spirulina powder
Blueberry layer
- Blueberries
Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- A splash of oatmilk
Preparation
Stir the chia seed pudding ingredients together and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat the blueberries in the microwave for the middle layer.
Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a food processor or blender until a smooth ice cream consistency is achieved.
Assemble the parfait by layering the chia seed pudding, heated blueberries, and smoothie.
