Acai and Blue Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • A splash of oatmilk

Acai mixture

  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 0.5 dl frozen blueberries

Blue spirulina mixture

  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the acai powder, frozen blueberries, one frozen banana, and a splash of oatmilk until smooth to make the purple part.

  2. Blend the blue spirulina powder, the remaining frozen banana, and a splash of oatmilk until smooth to make the blue part.

  3. Layer the two mixtures in a bowl to create a half acai and half blue spirulina smoothie bowl.

Tips

  1. Have fun mixing it up with different superfood powders for variety.
