Raspberry Coconut Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 good handful of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 heaped spoonfuls of coconut yogurt
- 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
- Splash of oat milk
Toppings
- A little more coconut yogurt
- Granola
- A few more raspberries
Preparation
Blend the raspberries, banana, coconut yogurt, mixed seeds, and oat milk together.
Assemble the mixture in a jar with additional coconut yogurt, granola, and more raspberries.
