Raspberry Coconut Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 good handful of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 heaped spoonfuls of coconut yogurt
  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
  • Splash of oat milk

Toppings

  • A little more coconut yogurt
  • Granola
  • A few more raspberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the raspberries, banana, coconut yogurt, mixed seeds, and oat milk together.

  2. Assemble the mixture in a jar with additional coconut yogurt, granola, and more raspberries.
