Summery Mango Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced banana
- 2 generous scoops of vegan ice cream
Preparation
Divide the coconut yoghurt into 2 jars or glasses
Add the frozen fruit and milk to a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the smoothie into the jars. Top with the ice cream or frozen dessert. Serve immediately
