Vegan Cookies and Cream Oreo Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 6-8 Oreos
  • Vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Put oats, oat milk, and banana in a food processor and mix until smooth batter.

  2. Heat some oil in a pan and pour some batter into the pan.

  3. Open the Oreos and place half on top of the pancake.

  4. Cook for a few minutes and then flip the pancake.

  5. Repeat until the batter is used up.

  6. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it over the pancakes.
