Almond Flour Pancakes with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Strawberries and blueberries to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to make the batter.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour batter onto the hot surface to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve immediately with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
