Easy Fluffy Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients, starting with fresh milk to make it easy to blend.
Heat a non-stick pan on low heat.
Pour the batter slowly into the pan using a ladle.
Let it cook until bubbles appear and the edges are set, then flip.
Cook until done, then remove, stack the pancakes, and serve.
Serving suggestions
Spread with nutella, chocolate spread, peanut butter, strawberry jam, or any other spread, and decorate with fruits to make it more appealing.
