Pear Baked Oats with Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 100g pear, chopped, peeled and cooked
- 100g any yogurt (I use soy)
- 1 tablespoon dried fruit
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
Preparation
Soak oats in boiling water in a bowl for five minutes.
Mix in all of the other ingredients including the cooked pear.
Pour mixture into a shallow oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment or paper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
Serve hot or cold with maple syrup, yogurt, cream, custard, or yogurt.
