Warming Gingerbread Oats Breakfast for Cold Mornings
Ingredients
- 55g jumbo oats
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon powder
- 35g vanilla vegan protein
Toppings
- Gingerbread almond butter
- Date syrup
- Sliced banana
- Cacao nibs
- Dark chocolate
Preparation
Heat the oats with the almond milk, ground ginger and ground cinnamon.
Stir in the protein off the heat once the oats are cooked.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
