Warming Gingerbread Oats Breakfast for Cold Mornings

Ingredients

  • 55g jumbo oats
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon powder
  • 35g vanilla vegan protein

Toppings

  • Gingerbread almond butter
  • Date syrup
  • Sliced banana
  • Cacao nibs
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats with the almond milk, ground ginger and ground cinnamon.

  2. Stir in the protein off the heat once the oats are cooked.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
