Carrot Cake Oats
Ingredients
- 55g oats
- 230ml unsweetened almond milk
- 30g vanilla vegan protein
- 30g natural almond m•lk yog
- 5g maca powder
- 5g true cinnamon
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- toppings:
- 15g smooth almond butter
- 2g cacao nibs
Preparation
Heat the oats, grated carrot, cinnamon and almond milk in a pan for 3-4 mins on a low heat
Stir in the protein powder, almond yoghurt, and maca (optional) once off the heat
Top with all the other ingredients above
