Carrot Cake Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g oats
  • 230ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 30g vanilla vegan protein
  • 30g natural almond m•lk yog
  • 5g maca powder
  • 5g true cinnamon
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • toppings:
  • 15g smooth almond butter
  • 2g cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats, grated carrot, cinnamon and almond milk in a pan for 3-4 mins on a low heat

  2. Stir in the protein powder, almond yoghurt, and maca (optional) once off the heat

  3. Top with all the other ingredients above
