Vanilla Chocolate Brownie Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g jumbo oats
  • 35g vanilla vegan protein
  • 20g natural almond milk yoghurt
  • 220ml unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • 1/3 Brownie Protein Bar
  • 10g 70% dark chocolate
  • 15g smooth peanut butter
  • 2g cacao nibs
  • Blueberries
  • Edible rose petals

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats in almond milk until smooth and creamy or microwave for 2 minutes.

  2. Off the heat, add in the yoghurt and protein powder. Stir until creamy.

  3. Top with all the toppings.
