An Ode to Coffee Oats
Ingredients
- 55g cafe latte porridge oats
- 25g vegan vanilla protein
- 230ml unsweetened almond milk
- 40g natural almond milk yoghurt
- 10g vegan vanilla protein
- 1 tsp azera intenso ground coffee
Preparation
Heat the oats with the almond milk until cooked and creamy
Stir in the protein powder
Using a fork, whip the ingredients of the coffee protein yoghurt together
Top with all the toppings: coffee choc shot, sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, cacao nibs
