An Ode to Coffee Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g cafe latte porridge oats
  • 25g vegan vanilla protein
  • 230ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 40g natural almond milk yoghurt
  • 10g vegan vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp azera intenso ground coffee

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats with the almond milk until cooked and creamy

  2. Stir in the protein powder

  3. Using a fork, whip the ingredients of the coffee protein yoghurt together

  4. Top with all the toppings: coffee choc shot, sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, cacao nibs
