Strawberry Granola Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie blend
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 3 apricots
- Splash of milk
Toppings
- Chopped strawberries
- Granola
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
Layer chopped strawberries at the bottom of a bowl or pot.
Add granola on top of the strawberries.
Spoon the smoothie blend over the layered ingredients.
Sprinkle cacao nibs and add more strawberries on top.
