Strawberry Granola Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie blend

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 3 apricots
  • Splash of milk

Toppings

  • Chopped strawberries
  • Granola
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  2. Layer chopped strawberries at the bottom of a bowl or pot.

  3. Add granola on top of the strawberries.

  4. Spoon the smoothie blend over the layered ingredients.

  5. Sprinkle cacao nibs and add more strawberries on top.
