Homemade Fruity Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100-300ml milk (adjust for smoothie bowl or smoothie)

Preparation

  1. Wash and chop the fruits if necessary

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  3. Blend until smooth, adjusting milk quantity for desired consistency

  4. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately
