Homemade Fruity Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 2 strawberries
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 100-300ml milk (adjust for smoothie bowl or smoothie)
Preparation
Wash and chop the fruits if necessary
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth, adjusting milk quantity for desired consistency
Pour into a bowl and serve immediately
