Purple Blackberry Acai Swamp Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of blended frozen açaí @sambazonuk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of liquid
  • 1 heaped tsp crunchy peanut butter

Toppings

  • 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • a few blackberries
  • cacao nibs
  • edible eyes

Preparation

  1. Pulverize or blend the initial ingredients.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt to the blender with any remaining smoothie mixture and blend again.

  4. Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the smoothie in the bowl.

  5. Add a few more blackberries, cacao nibs, and pop in the eyes for decoration.
