Purple Blackberry Acai Swamp Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup of blended frozen açaí @sambazonuk
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup of liquid
- 1 heaped tsp crunchy peanut butter
Toppings
- 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- a few blackberries
- cacao nibs
- edible eyes
Preparation
Pulverize or blend the initial ingredients.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt to the blender with any remaining smoothie mixture and blend again.
Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the smoothie in the bowl.
Add a few more blackberries, cacao nibs, and pop in the eyes for decoration.
