Avocado Ginger Smoothie with Cacao and Granola
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 small avocado
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- Small chunk of fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp hemp and baobab vegan protein powder
- Cashew milk (to cover)
- Granola (for topping)
- Cacao nibs (a few)
Preparation
Cover the ingredients with cashew milk and blend until smooth.
Spoon the smoothie into a tall glass.
Pile on the granola and add a few cacao nibs with a drizzle of cashew butter.
