Avocado Ginger Smoothie with Cacao and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • Small chunk of fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp hemp and baobab vegan protein powder
  • Cashew milk (to cover)
  • Granola (for topping)
  • Cacao nibs (a few)

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with cashew milk and blend until smooth.

  2. Spoon the smoothie into a tall glass.

  3. Pile on the granola and add a few cacao nibs with a drizzle of cashew butter.
