Thick Peanut Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 heaped tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp walnut butter
  • 1 small banana
  • 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
  • 4 heaped tbsp of @thatprotein nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder
  • Splash of mylk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie bowl with berries, granola, melted dark chocolate, walnuts, and vanoffee mulberries.
