Thick Peanut Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Granola
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 heaped tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp walnut butter
- 1 small banana
- 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
- 4 heaped tbsp of @thatprotein nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder
- Splash of mylk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Top the smoothie bowl with berries, granola, melted dark chocolate, walnuts, and vanoffee mulberries.
