Alkaline Vegan Banana Fries with Cheese

Ingredients

  • green burro bananas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/3 cup alkaline Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Alkaline parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt
  • optional: 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Slice green burro bananas into fries and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

  2. While still hot, add the fries to a bowl.

  3. Add one tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, a half teaspoon of ginger powder, 1/3 cup of alkaline Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon of fresh dill.

  4. Toss well and enjoy.

Cheese blend

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend together well.

  2. If you are not alkaline, you can add 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast for a more cheesy flavor. Nutritional yeast is inactive yeast, so it supposedly does not feed candida or lead to yeast overgrowth. With that being said, nutritional yeast is a transition ingredient and not recommended for regular consumption.
