Açai Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 packets unsweetened frozen açai
- 2 cups frozen organic mixed berries
- 1 medium frozen banana or (part banana and frozen chopped cauliflower to reduce the sweetness)
- 1/2 -1 cup chilled plant milk to thin
- 1 small scoop pea protein or maca or your choice of nutrient booster
Toppings
- Chopped seasonal fruit and fresh berries
- nut or seed butter
- Granola
- edible flowers
- roasted nuts or seeds (sliced almonds, chia, sesame, hemp, walnuts)
- bee pollen
- coconut flakes
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Place all the acai bowl ingredients together in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2-3 bowls and finish with a variety of toppings.
