Açai Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 packets unsweetened frozen açai
  • 2 cups frozen organic mixed berries
  • 1 medium frozen banana or (part banana and frozen chopped cauliflower to reduce the sweetness)
  • 1/2 -1 cup chilled plant milk to thin
  • 1 small scoop pea protein or maca or your choice of nutrient booster

Toppings

  • Chopped seasonal fruit and fresh berries
  • nut or seed butter
  • Granola
  • edible flowers
  • roasted nuts or seeds (sliced almonds, chia, sesame, hemp, walnuts)
  • bee pollen
  • coconut flakes
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Place all the acai bowl ingredients together in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into 2-3 bowls and finish with a variety of toppings.
