Blue Smoothie with Banana and Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of frozen mango
  • Handful of frozen chopped apple
  • Chopped left over fresh persimmon
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina

Toppings

  • Blackberries
  • Persimmon hearts

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Top with blackberries and persimmon hearts
