Blue Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 heaping teaspoon blue spirulina

Preparation

  1. Blue spirulina tastes and smells gross only if consumed alone; when added to a fruit smoothie, it primarily adds color and benefits without significantly altering the taste.

  2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Top with coconut shreds and chocolate chips.
