Refreshing Spring Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- A few chunks of frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- splash of coconut milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and serve immediately
