Refreshing Spring Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • A few chunks of frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • splash of coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and serve immediately
