Blue Layered Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Dark blue
- 2 Tsp. blue spirulina
- 2 Frozen bananas
- 1 Cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 Cup frozen pineapple
- 1 Cup almond milk (or more depending on the thickness you want)
Light blue
- 2 Tsp. Blue Butterfly Tea Flower
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Blend the dark blue ingredients together until smooth
Blend the light blue ingredients separately until smooth
Layer the blended mixtures in a bowl to create the blue layers
Serve immediately for best texture and freshness
