Blueberry Citrus Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup walnut milk

Toppings

  • blueberries and orange slices
  • 2 tablespoons plant yogurt
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with blueberries, orange slices, 2 tablespoons of plant yogurt, and bee pollen.
