Brinjal Mango Thokku

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Brinjals and 1 raw mango
  • 1 tbs of each cumin, corrinder, sesame seeds, urad dal and chana dal
  • 5-6 garlic pods
  • 10-15 Dry red chilles
  • Roast all the ingredients and set aside

Preparation

  1. Ater to same kadai add more oil and then add chopped Brinjals cook for 5-6 mins later add chopped cut mango along with some salt and cook for another 5 mins

  2. Cool down and blend into Chutney later give some simple tadka that's all chutney ready
