Brinjal Mango Thokku
Ingredients
- 6-8 Brinjals and 1 raw mango
- 1 tbs of each cumin, corrinder, sesame seeds, urad dal and chana dal
- 5-6 garlic pods
- 10-15 Dry red chilles
- Roast all the ingredients and set aside
Preparation
Ater to same kadai add more oil and then add chopped Brinjals cook for 5-6 mins later add chopped cut mango along with some salt and cook for another 5 mins
Cool down and blend into Chutney later give some simple tadka that's all chutney ready
