Chocolate Hummus
Ingredients
- 230g tinned chickpeas, skins removed (removing the skin makes the hummus smoother) (@bionaorganic)
- 4tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4tsp fine sea salt
- 3-4tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 2tbsp water
Preparation
Blend everything except the water together
Add in the water and blend again
Serve with: Salted pretzels, dark chocolate chips, berries, rice cakes, crackers
