Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients

  • 230g tinned chickpeas, skins removed (removing the skin makes the hummus smoother) (@bionaorganic)
  • 4tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4tsp fine sea salt
  • 3-4tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Blend everything except the water together

  2. Add in the water and blend again

  3. Serve with: Salted pretzels, dark chocolate chips, berries, rice cakes, crackers
