Mango Chickpea Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas and skin taken off
- 1-11/2 cups reduced mango (this will prevent icyness in the pop and make the mango flavour more pronounced)
- 3 tbsp tahini/cashew butter (both of them work very well)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1cup thick coconut milk (from the can preferred)
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Chuck everything into a blender and blend until completely smooth
Pour into moulds and freeze until solid
