Raspberry Banana Soft Serve with Chocolate Swirl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • for the chocolate sauce
  • 2 teaspoon cacao or cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoon water

Preparation

  1. Place frozen banana and frozen raspberries in a small food processor

  2. Then, add in 1/4 cup of almond milk

  3. Pulse and blend until everything is smooth

  4. Depending on how soft/frozen your fruit is, you may need to add a few more tablespoons

  5. Do it slowly

  6. Once smooth, place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to harden up just a bit

  7. For the chocolate sauce, mix together all ingredients until smooth and swirl into your bowl
