Refreshing Cucumber Smoothie with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (canned)
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 of one Medjool date
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1-2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
