Refreshing Cucumber Smoothie with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (canned)
- 1/2 large cucumber
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 of one Medjool date
- Handful of spinach
- 1-2 teaspoons hemp seeds
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Puree until smooth.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
