Green Matcha Mango Smoothie and Spicy Cashew Butter Toast
Ingredients
Spicy cashew butter toast
- 1 piece of gluten-free bread, toasted
- 2 teaspoons cashew butter
- drizzle of date syrup
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)
- hemp seeds
Green matcha mango smoothie components
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 scoop super greens powder
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 medjool date
- ice cubes
Preparation
Spread toast with cashew butter.
Drizzle with date syrup.
Top with cayenne pepper and hemp seeds.
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender.
Puree until smooth.
Recipe assembly
Ensure bread is toasted before spreading if not already.
Combine smoothie ingredients for a uniform blend.
