Refreshing Swirly Smoothie Bowl for Summer Heat
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 150 grams of frozen zucchini
- 150 grams of frozen mixed berries
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
Toppings
- banana
- strawberries
- blueberries
- goji berries
- hemp seeds
- cocoa nibs
- granola
Preparation
You blend everything together in a blender and use a splash of water if needed.
Stop before the mixture is evenly mixed if you want to create these swirls like I did!
Serve in a coconutbowl and add all the toppings that you like! I used: banana, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, granola
