Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients together & mix until smooth, add additional milk if the smoothie is too thick & enjoy
