Refreshing Swirly Smoothie Bowl for Summer Heat

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150 grams of frozen zucchini
  • 150 grams of frozen mixed berries
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • banana
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • goji berries
  • hemp seeds
  • cocoa nibs
  • granola

Preparation

  1. You blend everything together in a blender and use a splash of water if needed.

  2. Stop before the mixture is evenly mixed if you want to create these swirls like I did!

  3. Serve in a coconutbowl and add all the toppings that you like! I used: banana, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, granola
