Spiced Apple Chocolate Smoothie Parfait Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 large scoop @philosophielove cacao magic protein powder
- 1 teaspoon @simplyorganicfoods organic cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons @foragerproject cashew yogurt
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup @ripplefoods almond milk
Toppings
- @woodstockfoods almond butter
- @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen
Preparation
Blend all ingredients from banana to almond milk until you get a thick smoothie and set aside.
Cut the apple into small dives and heat in a non-stick or ceramic pan with the pumpkin pie spice over low-medium heat until the apple begins to soften.
Add 1/2 of the apple mix to the bottom of a cup.
Top with the cashew yogurt.
Add the smoothie.
Finish with the rest of the apples and top with bee pollen and almond butter.
