Spiced Apple Chocolate Smoothie Parfait Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 large scoop @philosophielove cacao magic protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon @simplyorganicfoods organic cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons @foragerproject cashew yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup @ripplefoods almond milk

Toppings

  • @woodstockfoods almond butter
  • @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients from banana to almond milk until you get a thick smoothie and set aside.

  2. Cut the apple into small dives and heat in a non-stick or ceramic pan with the pumpkin pie spice over low-medium heat until the apple begins to soften.

  3. Add 1/2 of the apple mix to the bottom of a cup.

  4. Top with the cashew yogurt.

  5. Add the smoothie.

  6. Finish with the rest of the apples and top with bee pollen and almond butter.
